The card administration system Minu Kool is a project of the Federation of Estonian Student Unions which started in 2008.

Here you can apply for the International Student Identity Card, International Scholar Identity Card (ISIC), International Teacher Identity Card (ITIC), International Youth Travel Card (IYTC) and Estonian Student Card. For more information about how to apply please find information above.
